Our Story

We are not just an organization. We are a movement.

A movement of practitioners, educators, business leaders, and changemakers who came together because of one shared truth. The future needs us. All of us.

We are bound by a deep concern for the future of our planet, our communities, and the generations to come. At the same time, we are united by a high-impact skill set that helps organizations, individuals, and leaders create real, lasting, positive change.

Together, we bring more than 60 years of combined experience in strategic sustainable development, organizational change, leadership development, and sustainability learning design. We are former and current board members, master facilitators, and master trainers from The Natural Step, ACG Human Capital, WorldLife Foundation, LIFO, Nature’s Leap, and other purpose-driven communities. For decades, we have guided transformation from within.

Our work spans across NGOs, multinational companies, SMEs, municipalities, national governments, business networks, educational institutions, and grassroots initiatives. We have walked alongside changemakers in communities, inside boardrooms, in classrooms, and at policy tables. We have worked both on the ground and at the system level, supporting transformation across sectors and around the world.

Along the way, we saw a pattern.
Sustainability efforts, although well-intentioned, were often trapped in silos. They stayed confined within departments, disconnected from leadership, from the larger organization, from communities, and from the bigger picture. As a result, their impact was often limited.

We created FutureFit Collab to change that.

Our mission is simple. Break sustainability out of those boundaries.
We help embed sustainability into the heart of organizations, connect it to local and regional realities, and support transformation that moves beyond words into meaningful action.

We are here for those who are ready to not just talk about change, but to live it, lead it, and scale it.

As the urgency grows, we knew we needed to go further.
