How the programme works
Asynchronous learning modules, weeks 1 to 9
One focused module of 60 to 90 minutes each week. You work through it at your own pace, on your schedule, with no live commitments during the week.
Monthly live group calls
Three live 90-minute sessions with the full group. You bring real cases, work through real obstacles and go home with a plan you wrote yourself.
Your organisation as the classroom
Every assignment is built around your real workplace. You do not write case studies about other companies. You work on your own challenges and your own stakeholders.
