Who We Are

This website is operated by FutureFit Collab, the trading name of Nature’s Leap B.V., registered in the Netherlands. When these Terms refer to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’, they refer to FutureFit Collab.

We are a Sustainability Culture and Leadership Studio. We work with businesses, municipalities, schools, and universities to embed lasting sustainable change into culture, behaviour, and daily practice. We operate across Europe and Southeast Asia with offices in the Netherlands and the Philippines.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply when you visit our website, purchase a programme or course, join a FutureFit Collab membership, or book a workshop or advisory engagement.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Our Services

We offer:

  • (Online) learning programmes and courses
  • FutureFit Collab membership (individual monthly, individual annual, corporate annual)
  • Workshops, facilitated sessions, and advisory engagements
  • Keynotes and training for organisations, governments, and educational institutions

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust, update, or discontinue any service at any time. When this affects a service you have already paid for, we will contact you directly.

 

Membership

Membership Plans

We offer three membership tiers:

  • Individual Monthly
  • Individual Annual
  • Corporate Annual

Membership gives you access to a mix of community, resources, learning content, and live sessions, depending on the current membership offer. We will always communicate clearly what is included.

Billing and Renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.

Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain full access until that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.

To cancel, contact us at info@futurefitcollab.org or manage your subscription directly through your account.

Membership Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Important note for consumers in the Netherlands and the EU: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By completing your membership purchase, you expressly request immediate access to member content and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal. We recommend reviewing your membership choice before completing payment.

 

Online Programmes and Courses

Access

When you purchase an online programme or course, you receive access for the duration specified at the point of sale. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Refund Policy

Online programme and course fees are non-refundable once you have accessed the content.

Important note for consumers in the Netherlands and the EU: By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to course content and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. We recommend reading the programme overview carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days at info@futurefitcollab.org and we will work to resolve it.

 

Workshops and Advisory Engagements

Booking

Workshop and advisory bookings are confirmed in writing. A booking is binding once you receive written confirmation from FutureFit Collab.

Cancellation by the Client

The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 14 days before the session: full refund
  • 7 to 14 days before the session: 10% of the agreed fee is charged
  • Less than 7 days before the session: 50% of the agreed fee is charged

 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@futurefitcollab.org. The date we receive your written notice determines which cancellation term applies.

Cancellation by FutureFit Collab

If we need to cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund of any amount paid.

Pricing

All prices on our website are quoted in Euros. Prices are subject to change without notice, except where a price has already been confirmed as part of a booking.

For B2B engagements, pricing is agreed in writing before work begins.

Your Account

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Please provide accurate information when you register. If your details change, update your account promptly. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes, including text, frameworks, tools, videos, worksheets, and design materials, is the property of FutureFit Collab or our licensors.

You may use materials for your own personal or professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share our content without written permission.

If you use our materials in an organisational context as part of a purchased programme, please contact us to discuss appropriate use.

User Conduct

When using our website or participating in our programmes and community, you agree to:

  • Act with honesty and respect toward other participants and our team
  • Not share your login credentials or membership access with others
  • Not post or distribute content that is harmful, misleading, or unlawful
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems

We reserve the right to remove access for anyone who violates these standards, without refund.

Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability. Visiting external links is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

We take our work seriously and aim to deliver high quality at all times. That said, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our website or services
  • We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our actions

To the extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
