Common questions
What is included in my membership?
Full access to every Practical Guide as soon as it drops, plus the back catalogue. A new Guide is released every 2 weeks. Each Guide ships with worksheets you apply to your own work. Tools and templates beyond the worksheets are added later in the year at no extra cost to members.
How does billing work?
Payment runs through Stripe. The Individual monthly plan bills €12 each month on the date you signed up. The Individual annual plan bills €100 once a year. The Corporate annual plan bills €300 once a year for up to 5 seats. All prices exclude VAT where it applies. You receive a Stripe receipt by email after every charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, no further charge. We do not lock you in.
Do you offer refunds?
If you sign up and the membership is not what you hoped for, email info@futurefitcollab.org within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount. No questions, no friction. After 14 days, cancellation stops future billing but earlier payments are not refunded.
Is there a team or company plan?
The Corporate annual plan covers up to 5 people in your organisation for €300 per year. Larger teams welcome. Email info@futurefitcollab.org with the seat count and we will send a custom quote. Invoicing on request.
How do I receive each new Guide?
Two ways. Every new Guide lands in your member dashboard at futurefitcollab.org as soon as it is published. You also get an email digest with the link, so it surfaces in your inbox the same day. Read in browser, download the PDF, share with your team within your plan.
